Protocol for Patients with Symptoms
If you have been exposed to COVID-19, have traveled recently to locations that have many COVID-19 cases, OR have symptoms of fever or cough – please call your clinic for a medical screening before arriving.

Program Updates
- All OTPs are considered “essential programs” and will remain open to serve our patients until further notice
- Telephonic and telehealth options for counseling sessions have been implemented. It is very important that you continue your treatment and meet all counseling requirements
Current Measures Being Taken to Ensure Patient Safety
- Frequent cleaning of surfaces with antiseptic solutions throughout dosing hours
- Screening people with respiratory infection symptoms in a private area

Our admissions center will continue to screen people for recent travel or illness and are evaluating patients on a case-by-case basis.
Program Updates
- All in-person alumni meetings are resuming as in-person. Virtual fellowship meetings are still available through our Fellowship App. Alumni can download the app by texting RAFT to 555888. Alumni can also obtain an access code to join the meeting by emailing honer@pinnacletreatment.com
