Simpson Treatment Services is an outpatient drug rehab in Franklin, Kentucky, the seat of Simpson County. Franklin is located on I-65 and has been named one of the 50 Best Small Southern Towns – we look out for each other and take pride in helping fellow citizens achieve lasting sobriety.

Franklin, Kentucky, known as the “Simpson County Seat,” is a town rich in history and Southern charm. We’re home to the Octagon Hall Museum and the nearby National Corvette Museum, the Barren River Lake State Resort Park, and the Lost River Cave.

Simpson Treatment Services uses methadone and Suboxone to provide medication-assisted drug rehab to people addicted to opioids, heroin and prescription pain pills. Our facility is halfway between Bowling Green and Nashville, very close to the Tennessee border, enabling us to offer opioid addiction services to clients in both Kentucky and Tennessee.

Simpson Treatment Services is licensed by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services and has been accredited nationally by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. We are proud to be a satellite facility of Western KY Medical in Hopkinsville. Our local facility dispenses methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone) to clients from Franklin, Portland and surrounding areas, who would be unable to make the trip to Hopkinsville on a regular basis. It is our mission to provide opioid addiction treatment to the people of Kentucky, no matter how far away they live from one of our full-service facilities.

Fentanyl and heroin addiction is an epidemic throughout both Kentucky and Tennessee. Our program uses methadone and Suboxone to control a patient’s withdrawal and detox symptoms, paving the way for them to embark on a path to recovery. We believe that accessible and regular medication is the backbone of a successful outpatient drug rehab program. We provide doses of methadone and buprenorphine on weekdays and weekends. Our Franklin methadone clinic is one of the few in Kentucky to offer dispensing hours on Sundays.

Patients at Simpson Treatment Services are encouraged to interact with drug and alcohol counselors at our main facility in Hopkinsville, which offers drug addiction treatment to Simpson clients via Telehealth sessions. Because Western KY Medical is a full-service addiction treatment center, our patients benefit from individual and group counseling sessions with their experienced therapists without having to make the hour journey from Franklin to Hopkinsville.

We accept several Kentucky health insurance plans for methadone and suboxone treatment including Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid and Cigna.
