    Western KY Medical in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, offers medication-assisted outpatient addiction treatment to clients in Christian County via methadone or Suboxone (buprenorphine).

    Our Hopkinsville methadone & Suboxone clinic is conveniently located between Fort Campbell and Crofton, Christian County’s southernmost and northernmost cities. Due to our unique location close to the Tennessee border, we also help clients in Clarksville.

    Hopkinsville, or “Hoptown”, is the seat of Christian County. The methadone & Suboxone clinic is located in the southern part of Hopkinsville. We are close to I-169, with Fort Campbell Memorial Park to the east and Pembroke and St. Elmo to the south. Located in the heart of Christian County, Hopkinsville is home to the Pennyroyal Area Museum, Casey Jones Distillery, the Trail of Tears Commemorative Park, and Jeffers Bend Environmental Center.

    To ensure that methadone or Suboxone treatment will be beneficial, all potential opioid addiction treatment patients at our Hopkinsville clinic participate in comprehensive evaluations and treatment plan drafting, with some Suboxone intakes occurring via phone.

    Treating Oxycontin and other opioid addiction using a combination of medication and more traditional mental health therapies often results in sustained sobriety. Once patients detox and find the dose of methadone or Suboxone that prevents withdrawal symptoms, they can shift focus to determining and managing the underlying causes of their addiction. Our Western KY drug and alcohol counselors are accredited by the NAATP and are qualified to offer a variety of treatment modalities including individual and group counseling.

    Although our Hopkinsville outpatient treatment center primarily serves clients within a short drive to our office, we also offer services to patients served by our Franklin facility; methadone and Suboxone doses are distributed in Franklin and individual and group counseling is offered virtually by therapists in Hopkinsville.
