Stateline Medical is an outpatient drug rehab center in Phillipsburg, New Jersey for adults who are addicted to opioids such as heroin and fentanyl. We combine medication-assisted treatment and individual, family and group counseling to help patients recover from substance abuse. We are licensed by the NJ Office of the Attorney General and offer both outpatient drug rehab and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Our location is also convenient for drug rehab patients from Pohatcong, NJ and Palmer Heights, PA.

To ensure that our program will be beneficial for a patient, each journey starts with an evaluation and the drafting of an individualized treatment plan. This process helps our drug and alcohol counselors choose the best combination of medication, methadone or buprenorphine, and therapy. Candidates for the Suboxone program may be eligible for a Telehealth intake.

Treating narcotic and prescription pain pill addiction using both withdrawal-reducing medication and traditional therapy typically offers a more sustained recovery than using either type of treatment alone. Once detox and withdrawal symptoms are managed with the correct dose of methadone or buprenorphine (Suboxone), the patient can shift focus to understanding and managing the underlying causes of their addiction. Master’s level therapists offer a variety of sessions including relapse prevention, grief/loss therapy and anger management. Some sessions may be conducted via tele-counseling.

Stateline Medical Phillipsburg is accredited by CARF and accepts many New Jersey health insurance plans for methadone treatment, including BCBS, United Behavioral Health, and Medicare.
