    Our Pasadena, California methadone clinic and outpatient drug treatment program offers medication-assisted treatment for those with substance use disorder and/or opioid use disorder in a safe and supportive setting.

    Our outpatient clinic is located in North Central Pasadena on N. Lake Avenue north of E. Washington Blvd. and is convenient the Washington Square, Garfield Heights, Bungalow Heaven, and Normandie Heights neighborhoods. We are also close to Altadena. Pasadena is nestled at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains, and is a city of culture and charm with attractions like the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium, the historic Old Pasadena district, and the Norton Simon Museum.

    We have been voted a top rehab facility by help.org and are licensed by the California State Dept. of Health Care Services. We are CARF-accredited.

    Our medical doctor and certified counselors will guide you through the process of recovery, beginning with a functional and medical assessment. Medications will help reduce cravings and have been shown to reduce the risk of relapse. Methadone and buprenorphine are the two most commonly prescribed medications for opioid use disorder (addiction to heroin, oxycodone, and other painkillers).

    Medication-assisted treatment is most effective when used alongside therapy and counseling. Our Pasadena clinic offers CBT, MI, and other evidence-based therapies shown to support recovery from addiction. By teaching life skills and contingency management, you get the tools you need to support you when faced with stress and life’s challenges. Peer support groups also offer ongoing opportunities to connect with those in your community who have also decided to rebuild their lives.
